Skyline 2010 Christmas Party
Save Sunday December 12th at 5:00 p.m. for this year’s Christmas Party. We will celebrate our faith and join together in fellowship for a wonderful evening of carols, supper and Santa Claus. Santa Claus? What does he have to do with Christmas?
We celebrate the early leaders of our church and many of them are called Saints. We honor Saint Francis when we celebrate the Blessing of the Animals. We honor St. Augustine as perhaps the most influential philosopher ever to live and St.Patrick as the most successful Christian missionary in Ireland, its patron saint, and the subject of legends. So, too, we honor St. Nicholas.
Donations will be accepted for the East Oakland Switchboard and Children’s Hospital.
Everyone has a choice of bringing a potluck dish or paying $12.00 for an adult and $5.00 for a child. And if you cannot do either, come anyway. Let us know how many are coming!
